RARE View Chelsea is one of the only year-round rooftops in NYC. Our gorgeous 3,000 square foot rooftop bar & lounge features stunning panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline showcasing iconic landmark buildings such as the Empire State, Bank of NY & Freedom Tower. The rooftop décor carries an urban bungalow motif complimented with exposed wood slats, decorative pillows, lush landscape, flat screens, overhead rope lights & vintage photographs. Our retractable roof brings a level of luxury when hosting a private event that most other outside venues can not offer. Come rain, shine, sleet or snow… the party will go on! During the colder months the rooftop is heated & enclosed lending an urban ski chalet vibe.

We also have a private Pub Room that has quickly become one of New York City’s prime event spaces for intimate gatherings. The visually stimulating interior features antique mirrors, 3 large HD flat screens, 20-foot ceilings, state of the art dining buffet & bar, along with a surround sound music system. Most unique are the walls covered with over 350 vintage black and white photographs of influential athletes & historical sports moments that were created into an antique decoupage. The Pub Room is ideal for any intimate seated or standing event such as game day viewings, birthday celebrations, bachelor parties, fantasy drafts, rehearsal dinners, boozy brunches or office cocktail parties.
