We are a large co-working space in downtown with a variety of available event venues for all types of functions. Located in the historic Rockefeller building off Bowling Green in front of the famous Charging Bull statue, we are easily accessible and enjoy stellar views of the Statue of Liberty and Battery Park. We have living plant walls, lots of natural lighting, state-of-the-art furniture and decor, an on-site cafe, and a super friendly staff!

Availability is Monday - Friday mornings *before 9am*, *evenings after 5:30pm*, and weekends (excluding most major holidays), as we are first and foremost a workspace during normal business hours. We may occasionally be able to work with your schedule to meet your event needs, depending on the event type.

Our gorgeous spaces have a variety of furnishings which can be arranged to your needs - whether it's classroom style chairs facing our drop-down screen for a speaker presentation, clusters of tables for workshops or breakout sessions, or counter space to display your latest product while guests enjoy drinks from the bar and relax on our leather daybed couches.

We offer internet access, ice water, and complimentary drip coffee from Stumptown with all reservations, and a member of our staff will always be on-hand to assist with your event. AV is included with our spaces (screen, projector, speaker, mics, etc.). There is a variety of furniture, including tables, chairs, as well as a bar space and kitchen available.
