La Soffitta restaurant and event space is located on the second floor of FELICE 15 Gold Street in New York City. It is situated in the heart of the Financial District in downtown Manhattan and similar to the other restaurants and wine bars in the group, it has a wine-centric theme with bottle-lined walls and special cages filled with Italian wine. Throughout the glamorous space, over 100 different wines are available by the bottle, as well as 16 regular and 4 sparkling by the glass. La Soffitta serves daily the full restaurant menu.

Italian photographs of the 1960s in Rome are portrayed throughout and there are dining tables and banquettes seating 28 in total and 6 at the bar. A communal table for large parties is available and the lounge can seat up to 24 for a private dinner. Additionally the space can be rented for private functions with a maximum capacity of 75 standing, for events.
