Our studios provide a versatile, bright, blank-canvas space ideal for private parties, showrooms, pop-ups, castings, workshops, presentations, and more. The space boasts large north-facing windows, white walls, and wooden floors. The minimal interior has a classic loft feel, and offers an affordable, welcoming space for events and creative projects.

We have two studios available: Studio 1 (16' x 20') and Studio 2 (20' x 24'), which can be rented together or separately. They are adjacent and connected by a large door.

Amenities include passenger and freight elevators with easy access, clothing racks, hair and makeup stations, heat & AC, WiFi, mini fridges, basic furniture, photography and lighting equipment. Outside catering is permitted.
