Empellón is our flagship restaurant located in Midtown East. Empellón serves contemporary American cuisine with Mexican influences and a distinct New York City point of view.

Our Midtown location is a two-floor, 160-seat restaurant at 510 Madison Avenue. Built as the retroactive mothership of the Empellón Group, this location is open daily for lunch and dinner, and offers an extensive agave program, along with semi-private and private dining rooms for cocktail parties and events.
