Just over the Manhattan Bridge and fifteen minutes from Soho – the 13,000 square foot venue is a vast white canvas with soaring ceilings, glass doors, customizable lighting, and more. Features include: 24’ ceilings, 20’ truss with cable lines, audio/visual, modular sound system
photo shoot set up, private restrooms, street side load-in, subway station on site and a warming kitchen. Additionally, we have an extensive list of preferred partners. DeKalb Market Hall and Trader Joe’s are located directly downstairs, with a range of selections from grocery to gourmet. Our 40+ food vendors -- including: Cafe D’Avignon, Chicks Isan, Daigo Hand Roll, Forager’s Market and Han Dynasty -- offer catering options and the best lunch break in town!

Additional perks include in-house Lyft rentals, porters, production, security and Wi-Fi. Additional space is available in our Mezzanine, which offers 4,000 square feet with a terrace.

The space can accommodate events including: Art Fairs, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Cocktail Parties, Concerts, Conferences. Commercial Production, Fashion Shows, Galas, TV/Film Shoots, Trade Shows, and Weddings. BKLYN STUDIOS is a Level 1 Qualified Film Production Facility in New York State.
