Anable Basin Sailing Event space is a warehouse, gallery building that has been restored to showcase its industrial character. Adaptable for many uses and available to rent for weddings, corporate events, launch parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, film, video and photo shoots.

The space boasts 8,000+ square feet of raw space with a possibility to access waterfront with views of the Manhattan skyline, Roosavelt Island and sailboats marina.
